The inner shell of the Weinviertel hot tub is made of high-quality sanitary acrylic with GRP reinforcement and is deep-drawn in the elegant Dark Grey Metallic color. This material is not only extremely stable and durable, but also particularly skin-friendly and easy to clean.
Unlike inexpensive GRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) shells, which can develop osmosis (blistering in the paint layer) after just a few months, sanitary acrylic offers long-term durability and retains its flawless appearance for many years. The ergonomically optimized shape ensures maximum seating comfort and invites you to linger.
High-performance wood stove made of V4A stainless steel
The centerpiece of the Hot Tub Weinviertel is the integrated wood-burning stove made of V4A stainless steel (comparable to 316 stainless steel) with an impressive output of 30 kW. This high-quality material is particularly corrosion-resistant and suitable for both chlorinated and salt water – you have complete freedom of choice when it comes to water treatment.
The stove heats 1,500 liters of water to a comfortable bathing temperature of 37 to 40 degrees Celsius in approximately 3 to 4 hours. The actual heating time depends on the outside temperature, the type of wood used, and the intensity of the fire. Logs with a length of 33 cm are used for fuel – the ideal size for efficient combustion and easy handling.
The 2-meter-long stainless steel chimney with rain cap ensures safe and efficient flue gas extraction and functions reliably even in adverse weather conditions.
Natural water circulation without an external pump
The wood-burning stove operates on an intelligent principle: The heat generated by the wood combustion is transferred to the circulating water via a separate chamber within the stove. This natural thermal effect automatically sets the water in motion, causing it to flow into the interior of the hot tub. This creates natural water circulation – entirely without an external pump and with minimal electricity consumption in the basic configuration.
Generous dimensions for social gatherings
With an inner diameter of 2.0 meters and an outer diameter of 2.25 meters, the Weinviertel hot tub offers ample space for up to 6 people. The interior height is approximately 86 cm, and the ergonomically shaped bench height is approximately 25 cm. The integrated heater recess can also be used as a seat or a practical armrest – a clever design solution that provides added comfort.
High-quality spruce cladding
The standard cladding is made of Nordic spruce – natural and untreated. This option offers you maximum design freedom. You can perfectly adapt the cladding to your garden design by staining (e.g., with Remmers HK-Lasur 3in1 [plus]), oiling, or varnishing, thus achieving a harmonious integration into your existing surroundings.
For an additional charge, cladding made of thermally modified wood is also available. This option is pine wood that has been modified through heat treatment, making it particularly suitable for outdoor use and naturally more resistant to weathering.
Please note: As these are natural products, the cladding, stairs and shelf may already show different color nuances upon delivery, depending on the weather conditions (e.g., sunlight) – this is a natural characteristic of high-quality wood products.
LED RGB color light system for an atmospheric ambiance
Included in the package are three 3-watt RGB LED spotlights. These create a wonderfully relaxing ambiance with gently changing colors, fostering a calm and soothing atmosphere. The unique lighting experience can be controlled and stopped via the electronic touch switch. You can choose between seven basic colors: red, yellow, green, turquoise, blue, violet, and white – or enjoy the automatic color change.
Cartridge filter with wooden box for crystal-clear water
The included cartridge filter with its practical wooden box, which screws onto the side of the hot tub, ensures optimal water quality and hygiene. Depending on usage, the filter should be cleaned every 6 to 8 weeks. We recommend replacing the entire cartridge filter once a year to guarantee consistently crystal-clear water.
Thermal cover for optimal heat protection
The high-quality grey thermal cover is included and provides excellent protection for your hot tub. It offers superior insulation, minimizing heat loss through the water's surface. Handles make it easy to carry, and the included straps allow for additional securing of the cover.
Important note: The thermal cover is not a surface for placing or lying on – the highly insulating foam core would break. The fasteners for the fastening straps are supplied separately with screws and can be installed by the customer. If the hot tub is accessible to small children, these fasteners must be attached and locked when not in use.
Two-step staircase for safe entry and exit
The included two-step staircase, finished in your chosen cladding (spruce or optionally thermally modified wood), allows for safe and comfortable entry and exit. The staircase is sturdily constructed and perfectly matched to the overall height of the hot tub, approximately 99 cm.
Practical drinks shelf
The included shelf (approx. 58 x 16 cm, height approx. 23 cm) in the selected wood type is ideal for drinks, towels, or personal items. Mounting hardware (screws) is included, allowing you to position the shelf as needed.
Winterproof thanks to well-thought-out design
A particular advantage of the Weinviertel hot tub is its winter suitability. The specially designed residual water drainage system allows for the complete emptying of all pipes. This means you can easily operate the hot tub even during the cold winter months or completely empty it if necessary, without having to worry about frost damage.
A ball valve with a 1-inch thread is provided for draining, allowing for easy and quick water removal. Refilling is straightforward using a standard garden hose.
Well-designed safety features
The hot tub features a pressure switch with a safety spring that protects the internal air hose from damage. This thoughtful design detail contributes to the system's durability and reliability.
Electrical connection
A 230V, 16A power connection is required to operate the LED lighting system and the cartridge filter. Important note: The power connection must be carried out exclusively by a qualified electrician and must be hardwired to the house's electrical system.
Care and maintenance – uncomplicated and time-saving
The sanitary acrylic surface can be cleaned with mild, commercially available cleaning agents. For normal maintenance, a sponge or soft cloth with liquid cleaners is sufficient; ideally, grease-dissolving dish soap or Koller's special cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners – not even in liquid form.
The drain valves should remain open after each emptying. The cartridge filter should be cleaned every 6-8 weeks and completely replaced once a year. Depending on usage frequency, a complete water change with cleaning is recommended at regular intervals.
For wood cladding, we recommend regular treatment with a high-quality wood preservative such as Remmers HK-Lasur 3in1 [plus] to preserve the natural beauty of the wood and protect it from the elements.

Spa system
Air jets (air massage system)
The air jets generate an invigorating airflow powered by a blower. Three air jets are positioned at each of the four seats, in the shoulder area, providing a pleasant air massage. The jets are available in finely brushed stainless steel. Operation is simple via pneumatic buttons – the first press activates the air massage, the second press deactivates it. The jets are strategically placed in the hot tub to achieve optimal massage results.
Water massage jets (mini jet)
The water massage system uses targeted, invigorating jets of water massage, each individually adjustable via a ball joint. The intensity of the water jet can be regulated by an air regulator on the side panel – turning it counter-clockwise increases the jet (by adding air), while turning it clockwise decreases it. Each of the four seats has two air jets located in the shoulder area. The water massage is also activated and deactivated at the touch of a button and provides a targeted massage effect for different areas of the body.
Milk System
The unique Milk System enriches the bathwater with countless microscopic air bubbles, giving the water a milky-white appearance – hence the name. These tiny bubbles caress the body and supply the skin with a high level of oxygen, which promotes skin cell renewal. The effect is clearly visible after approximately 20-30 seconds of activation. All other whirlpool functions must be switched off while using the Milk System to ensure its effectiveness. Only the LED RGB color light system can be used simultaneously. The Milk System features two pumps and four outlets and is an exclusive wellness option for Koller hot tubs.
Electric heating coupled with a filter system
The 9kW electric heater integrated into the filter system creates an ideal combination of soothing warmth and pure water quality for an unparalleled bathing experience. A special feature is the automatic frost protection function: if the water temperature drops below 15°C (a minimum value that can be set), the heating function is activated. In combination with the filter pump, it maintains the temperature at a minimum of 15°C to prevent frost damage.
During the heating process, the pneumatic whirlpool functions are deactivated to maximize efficiency. Water temperature is controlled via a convenient thermostat with an LED display that shows the heating status and allows you to set a desired temperature.
Installation requires a 400V, 16A, 3-phase power connection. A particularly practical feature: the heating function can be linked to a photovoltaic system via a PV enable relay, so that the heating is automatically activated when there is sufficient surplus electricity.

A solid foundation is essential to ensure your hot tub stands firmly and stably. The installation location, foundation, or base must be chosen so that it is level, load-bearing, and secure against slippage and subsidence.
It is particularly important to keep an eye on the total weight of the hot tub, including water and people, if you plan to place it on your terrace.
It is advisable to burn out the wood stove first, ie you should heat the stove once and let it burn for a while to remove all residues from the manufacturing process. Be careful, experience has shown that this will result in more smoke.
There are no assembly instructions for the hot tubs, as each hot tub is delivered fully assembled. However, you will receive a detailed, easy-to-read user manual with all the important information for using the hot tub.
The smaller 180cm hot tub has a capacity of 1300ml.

The wood stove needs approximately 2-3 hours to warm up (as a guideline), then the water in the hot tub is pleasantly warm ( from 15°C to 37°C ).

Note regarding electrical work: The mains connection must only be carried out by a qualified electrician and must be permanently wired to the house installation.
For a hot tub powered solely by a wood-burning stove, you only need electrical connections for the lighting and the water circulation system. A standard 230V 16A connection is sufficient.
For a hot tub with an additional electric heater, you will need a 400V (high-voltage) electrical connection.

Therefore, we recommend annual wood care for all types of wood, e.g. with Remmers 3in1 glaze .
You don't have to do much to winterize your hot tub.
First, drain the water from the hot tub using the ball valves. The bottom of the tub is designed so that all the water can drain away.
The hot tub and its pipes are designed so that they empty completely when the ball valve(s) are opened. Leave the ball valve(s) open until the next time you fill the tub.
