2. Then comes the fine-tuning: I will provide you with an overview sketch. You can then use this at home to draw in exactly where you want the stairs, switches, or filter system – precisely so that it fits perfectly into your garden.
3. Maximum freedom: You can even determine the position of the massage jets, the color of the bathtub and the type of wood.

This way, your hot tub becomes a custom-made, unique piece that adapts to your garden – and not the other way around.

Don't worry, you don't need to pour an expensive concrete foundation – but it does need to be stable.

A filled hot tub, including water and people, quickly weighs around 2,000 kg . To ensure it remains stable and doesn't sink in the long term, it needs a firm base.

The 3 proven solutions of our customers:

1. The best value for money: A simple, compacted gravel or crushed stone bed. It's inexpensive and permeable to water.
2. The clean solution: Existing patio slabs or paving stones.
3. The visual solution: A stable wooden deck (please ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity!).

Important: The floor must be perfectly level .

Expert tip: Please do not place the hot tub directly on the lawn . Due to the moisture and weight, it would sink over time and the wood could rot from the bottom up.

No, we've already done the hard work.

Your hot tub arrives as a true "plug & play" solution . The technicians have already taken care of the assembly at the factory.

For you, only the simple finale remains (approx. 30–60 min.):

1. Remove the protective film from the stainless steel chimney and attach the chimney elements.
2. Connect the two hoses of the pre-assembled filter system.

You do n't need any special tools or technical knowledge. Once that's done, the water can flow.

The good news is: you don't need building instructions!

Unlike kits from the hardware store, we deliver your hot tub fully assembled . The only steps required from you are attaching the chimney and connecting the filter system – this only takes a few minutes.

For long-term enjoyment, you will of course receive an easy-to-understand operating and care guide directly with it.

That depends entirely on your chosen comfort size :

• The model with a diameter of 1.80m has a capacity of approximately 1,200 liters .
• The larger model, with a diameter of 2.00m , holds approximately 1,500 liters .

Good to know: With a standard garden hose, the hot tub can usually be filled in about an hour. Thanks to the filter system, you also don't need to change the water constantly, so you can use it for a long time.

Crystal-clear water is not magic, but the result of good technology.

To allow you to bathe more and clean less, we rely on a 3-pillar system that takes almost all the work off your hands:

1. The coarse cleaner (automatic): The filter system runs in the background and reliably removes suspended particles and other particles.
2. The bacteria killer (chemical-free): The integrated UV lamp is your most important helper. It neutralizes germs using only light. Its huge advantage: This drastically reduces the need for additional care products (up to 80% less chemicals required!).
3. The hygienic finish: For the final touch, use classic cleaning tablets. You have a choice: If you don't like chlorine, simply opt for gentle active oxygen .

The result: Hygienically pure water that lasts for weeks – with minimal effort.

Less than many people think. One or two armfuls of wood are usually all you need.

Of course, outside temperature and insulation play a role, but as a general rule of thumb :

For the initial heating (from cold to 37°C) you will need approximately 15 to 20 kg of dry wood . This corresponds to about a standard bag of firewood from a hardware store.

Our expert tip for efficiency: Opt for hardwood (beech or oak) . It costs a bit more, but has a significantly higher calorific value.

• Your advantage: The water heats up faster, you have to add more fuel less often and you have less ash to dispose of.

The ideal size: Logs of approximately 30 cm in length fit perfectly into the oven and can be stacked neatly.

As a guideline, plan for a leisurely 2 to 3 hours – the ideal time for anticipation.
During this time, the stove heats the water from a cool 15°C to a comfortable 37°C. The exact duration naturally depends somewhat on the outside temperature and the type of wood used.

The best part: Thanks to the thermal lid, the tub retains heat extremely efficiently. Often the water is still around 30°C the next day, so heating it up for the second round is lightning fast.

Good news: You don't need to rewire your house.

For the vast majority of models (lights, bubble systems & filters), a standard 230V household socket is perfectly sufficient.

The power consumption is comparable to a powerful hairdryer or kettle. Even our popular 3kW electric heater runs without any problems on the normal household electrical grid.

When do you need more power? Only if you opt for the "Turbo Heating Package" (from 6kW output) will a 400V high-voltage connection be required.

Our tip: Plan for a fixed power supply in the outdoor area – this looks nicer than cable reels and is permanently safe.

Most importantly: Despite the high massage power, a normal 230V socket is sufficient (no high voltage required!).

Whether you choose spruce, thermally modified wood, larch, or cedar – the cladding is professionally oiled and impregnated at the factory. So you can immediately start enjoying your bath.

Our expert tip: To ensure that the elegant look is maintained for years (as with high-quality garden furniture), we recommend a short refresh once a year, e.g. with the tried and tested Remmers 3in1 glaze .

Don't panic about sub-zero temperatures. Winter is actually the best time for your hot tub!

To help you relax instead of staring at the thermometer, there are two proven strategies against frost:

1. The comfort solution (recommended): Do you have an electric heater installed? Perfect. Simply set it to 5–10°C. The system will switch on automatically when needed. Your advantage: The tub is protected from freezing , and it heats up much faster for the next bath.
2. The clever solution: Moving water doesn't freeze. Simply let the filter pump run continuously or control it via a frost protection device.

Conclusion: With the right settings, the hot tub almost takes care of itself in winter.

Winterizing your home is easier than you think and can be done in just a few minutes. Here's how to be on the safe side:

1. Basic cleaning: Drain the water and briefly wipe away any remaining sediment with a cloth.
2. A pro trick for clearing the pipes: With the pool empty, switch on the water massage jets for 30 to 60 seconds . The pressure will simply blow the remaining water out of the hoses.
   It's reassuring to know that minimal residues remaining afterwards are harmless and do not cause frost damage .
3. Breathing: Put the lid on, but remove the small elements to the right and left of the center. This allows the hot tub to 'breathe' over the winter, condensation to escape, and mold to prevent it.

Good news: In the vast majority of cases, the way is clear.

Since our hot tubs are not permanently anchored in the ground, they are usually legally considered "mobile fire pits" (similar to a large barbecue) and therefore often do not require a building permit .

Our tip for 100% security & good neighborliness:
Instead of wading through building regulations, use the shortcut :

Give your local chimney sweep a quick call. Simply ask: "I'm planning to install a portable fireplace in my garden – are there any distance regulations I need to be aware of?"

The advantage: It only takes 2 minutes, immediately creates legal certainty, and signals a sense of responsibility. This makes things much easier later on.

One small step before your first bath: To ensure your experience is perfect from the start, we recommend burning out the wood stove completely once.
This heats the steel and completely removes any remaining, harmless production residues.

Important note: Don't be surprised – this process typically produces more smoke . This is perfectly normal and a good sign that the residue is burning off. Consider it the official 'christening' of your oven. After that, it will be clean and ready to use.

The hot tub is being transported by a freight company using a truck. The hot tub is standing upright on the loading platform.

The hot tub will be unloaded from the truck into your yard using a crane mounted on the truck. This means you don't need to do anything else for the unloading.

However, you will then have to bring the hot tub to the installation site.

The smaller 180cm hot tub weighs 250kg when assembled, and the larger 200cm hot tub weighs 300kg. This means that four or five people can lift the hot tub and carry it to its location.
